It’s been a beautifully crazy 2 years: opening and expanding the brewery and taproom, serving our 3 bars and 6 music festivals, 100s of events, 65 different beers… but we haven’t been able to collab as much as we’d like (we’re working on fixing that right now). When we do we love it. In Summer 2017 the wonderful Magic Rock (5 times a top 100 brewer in the world on RateBeer) visited us at our music festival site in Tisno on the Adriatic, we hung out, drank beers and hand-picked loads of Samphire from the crystal clear sea. We then drove the few hours up to Zagreb to brew this: a salty Samphire kettle sour fermented on oak and conditioned on Iranian sumac with Lemondrop hops – the Croatian cousin of the UK’s Salty Kiss 🙂 It was much-loved so in 2018 we did it again. Back now in limited quantities. Can and keg.
