The Garden Brewery's facility combines cutting-edge equipment with rigorous processes to ensure every beer is flawless from brew day to shelf.

Our IFS Food certification, guarantees top-tier hygiene, quality control, and traceability across all operations. Our flexible setup supports small-batch experiments, core range scaling, low/no-alcohol (NoLo) production, and massive summer volume surges.

Key Production Equipment and Processes

Centrifuge: removes yeast and proteins post-fermentation, ensuring superior flavor stability, extended shelf life, and no off-flavors many months after packaging

In-house Canning Line: a high-speed, automated line for precise filling which minimizes oxygen exposure to preserve aroma and prevent oxidation: vital for long-term shelf-stable cans

Force Fermentation and Batch Testing: we control force fermentation very batch in our Lab. Checking for key parameters like pH, IBU, ABV, diacetyl, and safety. We also conducte post-packaging shelf life tests to ensure long-term quality and stability

Our staff

Across the Brewery (Production and Warehouse), Taproom and Office there's 23 of us: many Croatian with a lovely mix of French, Nepalese, English and Irish.
