1. How to order
Creating an order
In order to create your order, you first need to select the beers you want to enjoy. Keep in mind you have to add the correct amount of cans (everything divisible by 24).
After selecting your beers, click on the cart icon in the bottom right corner of the webshop and if everything is as you selected, click on Checkout.
If you have received a coupon, click on the “Click here to enter your code” link in the upper part of the screen and then (after entering coupon code) click on the “Apply coupon” button.
After that you’ll need to fill out your billing and shipping address (and be extra careful to select the correct shipping and billing country).
If everything is as you selected, click on “Place order” which will redirect you to the authorization site where you’ll need to enter Cardholder personal info. After everything is filled, click “Pay”.
And that’s it, you successfully placed your order. Confirmation should arrive any minute. If you still have any questions regarding your order, feel free to contact us at [email protected].
Payment methods
We accept payment with these credit/debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Diners, Discover, American Express). All payments go through WSPay websecure payment gateway.
Promo codes
After subscribing to our newsletter, you will receive a coupon code for 25% off on your first order.
You can use that coupon (and any other coupon you receive from us) by clicking on the “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” link in upper part of the Checkout page and enter your coupon code.
Minimum order
Our minimum order is 1 whole box of 24 cans. We cannot send partially filled boxes, so please make sure you order in multiples of boxes, e.g. 24, 48, 72, 96 cans.
Selection Boxes (12 cans) don’t fall under minimum order rule since they are pre-packed and can be ordered separately.
Larger orders
The maximum order on our webshop is 4 boxes. If you want to order more than that, it’s best to contact us at [email protected] and we can help you out.
Can I purchase kegs through the brewery webshop?

2. Order Issues
Faulty item – expiry date
All The Garden Brewery beer is dated when it is packaged. The package date is printed on the bottom of our cans. If you found out of date beer in your order, please contact us at [email protected]
Damaged item
Quality is incredibly important to us, and we definitely want to hear about any possible issues with the delivery. Please contact us with the photos of damaged cans at [email protected] so that we can check in with our courier.
Wrong item received
You received an item you didn’t order? No problem, we’ll remedy that as soon as possible, just contact us at [email protected].
Amending and Cancelling an order
You put your old address in your order or just decided you’ll switch to water? Feel free to contact us at [email protected]. Just a heads up, we are really quick with processing your order so you usually have about 24 hours to react or until you receive confirmation for processed order.

3. Delivery

Parcel(s) for domestic routes (expection with various islands) will be delivered within 1 business day after receiving the email from the delivery courier with a tracking number and link to a website to track your delivery.

If you want to pick up a package at the taproom within its working hours, leave the message in a customer note with details about pick up date and time.

After we have dispatched your order, you will receive a tracking number from the delivery courier and link to a website to track your delivery. If you are not at home on delivery, the courier will leave a note with a contact phone number to rearrange a free second delivery.

United Kingdom
The Brexit transition period has now ended, and due to the administrative costs, import fees and heavy paperwork, we’ve decided to temporarily suspend shipping to the UK from our webshop.
We’re doing everything we can to make sure customers in the UK can continue to enjoy our beers – and will keep you posted with news and updates when we have them – hope you get to try the beers soon.
