Wet Hop

Light and refreshing this wet hop uses Serbian Cascade and Chinook picked at 5am and brewed 12 hours later. A golden beer with a rich head and fresh grass and citrus aroma. Aromatic in flavour with fresh grapefruit and lemon and a lingering bitterness.
