Sun-kissed Dalmatian Lemons, Ruby-red Pomegranates and Juicy Tart Quince; all fresh from the tree. Adriatic Oysters picked from clean, saltwater bays. Grape Must from indigenous Croatian grape varieties like Istrian Malvazija and Slavonian Frankovka

Istrian Malvazija White Wine Sour
Malvazija grape must from the late Summer wine harvest combines with gentle aromatic hops and a Kettle Sour base to create a complex yet light, easy drinking and mineral beer. The Istrian Malvazija grape is indigenous to Croatia and has a crisp, zesty and mineral-rich profile with aromas of citrus, apple and stone fruit. Imperial Slavonian Frankovka Red Wine Stout
Frankovka grape must from the late Summer wine harvest blends with a rich Stout base to create a deep and complex beer with roasted notes of Chocolate, Coffee and dried fruit. The Slavonian Frankovka grape is indigenous to Croatia and delivers big fruity notes of cherries and berries along with smooth tannins

Phantasm IPA: Maximum Flavour & Aroma
Bright & refreshing with a lush, fruit-forward profile and a crisp, clean finish. We showcase the unique way Phantasm (a natural grape extract) and a specific yeast (Hop Unlock) combine to release additional natural compounds in hops and malts for wonderfully intense aromas and flavours. We push Riwaka and Motueka hops to the limit releasing juicy flavours, zesty citrus and resinous herbal notes

Hazy Double IPA: Tropical Juice Explosion
Juicy Pineapple, Passion Fruit & ripe Mango, complemented by distinctive Gooseberry & Lychee notes. A celebration of 3 hops we love. Nelson Sauvin (New Zealand), named after Sauvignon Blanc, gives mineral white wine notes. Galaxy (Australia), the tropical hop bomb turns the juice up to 10 and gives a piney resinous edge and the new HBC1019 (America) adds layers of Peach, Melon & Apricot
