An imperial IPA with a huge punch of eye watering hops. Dank citrus, tropical fruit, pine and floral notes assault the nose and a complex bitterness rounds out the high alcohol making this monster deceptively drinkable. Continuously hopped: small doses throughout the 60-minute boil, heavily in the whirlpool, daily dry hop during fermentation and a further 4 dry hops in the 2 weeks after the Vermont yeast had finished.
