The engine of our brewery is a custom-designed, locally produced, steam powered 20HL brewhouse: a 3-piece system consisting of a combined mash tun/lauter, kettle and whirlpool. We have six 4000L Uni-tanks, three 8000L Uni-tanks, and one 16000L tank, all custom-designed for faster dry-hopping, ergonomic packaging and infusion additions.
Quality and consistency are crucially important to us to ensure that we can brew, and you can drink, the best possible, Garden-fresh beer. Our rigorous Quality Control program means that we record, document and test at every step. Our in-house lab is managed by Marta, our Biotechnologist. She ensures we constantly test key variables in our beer production, especially the health of our two in-house yeasts.
We use the very best ingredients, and all our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurised to keep their great taste and aromas locked in. Our hops come from America, Australia, Japan, Germany, Slovenia, and are cold-stored and vacuum-packed to retain maximum freshness. Our speciality malts come from the UK and Germany.
